Don’t worry about moisture rising up from the subfloor – ProTech is laminated with a full 1000-gauge damp-proof membrane (300 above the industry standard), plus a joint sealing system to keep your room dry as a bone.
Shhh! Underlay at work
Sound insulation… no need to worry about noise levels. ProTech has the added benefit of providing up to 22dB sound reduction.
